Barrow Community Association

Barrow Community Association organise many community activities in the area and also manage the community library which they have recently looked to improve access to.

With there being no access to the library from the car park, the route to the entrance was not suitable for young children and those with mobility difficulties, therefore restricting the use of the facility.

With funding from the Trust, the Association has been able to convert the existing emergency exit door at the library to an access door suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs.
