Lauren Gurney

Lauren Gurney is the HR Director at Intelligent Energy and a member of the management team. She has worked for the business since April 2012. During her time at Intelligent Energy, Lauren has also held the roles of HR Business Partner and Head of Engagement & Reward. Leading the HR function, Lauren is responsible for delivery of the Company’s People Strategy, including employee engagement, learning & development, reward & benefits, internal communications and recruitment.

Lauren has 20 years’ experience in the field of HR, supporting sales, manufacturing and engineering functions in organisations such as RF Brookes, Polypipe Civils and Tyco Valves & Controls.

Lauren is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
