IE-LIFT fuel cells
Our IE-LIFT battery box replacements are specifically designed to power material handling equipment (MHE), replacing the existing battery pack. Using our IE-POWER fuel cells at the core, IE-LIFT products include integrated hydrogen storage, a battery and a controller in a 210mm wide package.
Our first product in the range, now available to purchase, is the IE-LIFT 1. Designed specifically for 24V MHE equipment and with a minimum width of 210mm, this battery box replacement will fit into some of the narrowest body trucks on the market.
The product delivers 1kW of continuous power, meeting peak loads of up to 7kW through our combined fuel cell battery hybrid solution. The fuel cell module will recharge the battery on the go, meaning there is no need to plug into a charging point.
The on board hydrogen tank delivers enough energy for a typical shift and can be refuelled in less than 3 minutes, reducing downtime and increasing productivity compared to batteries.
Our systems are designed for ease of integration without modification to the equipment, just disconnect the existing battery, slide it out and replace with the IE-LIFT 1.
The full IE-LIFT range delivers a zero-emission, practical alternative to traditional battery solutions across the full material handling fleet.
