Within Intelligent Energy, we are committed to ensuring that those involved in our supply chain
operate to a set of minimum standards. These standards include safe and fair treatment of
employees around the world and minimising environmental impact.

In order to achieve this, we require our suppliers to abide by this Code of Conduct, to ensure
that we only source products and services from suppliers and facilities that share our
commitment to these minimum standards.
